Amicizia is resuming its weekly (12 week) sessions for our next term on September 16, from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm on Wednesdays at The Building Block, Sligo. This involves 11 weeks of classes, 2 hours per evening. The 12th week is usually for a social gathering, film or other purpose. The second term starts in January.
The fee per term remains this year at €160. There is an annual membership of €30, which covers Social events etc.
A textbook is required for any new students which costs approx €30. Amicizia orders the books and they will be available at the start of classes. This textbook will be sufficient for a couple of years study at least, but may be supplemented by some other inexpensive texts from time to time as the year progresses and the needs of the students.
On September 16 doors will open at 7 pm sharp, as Registration takes place on the first night. If you are interested in joining us to learn Italian please email us to register your intention asap. Class sizes will be limited so the sooner you contact us the better. All enquiries will be answered promptly.
We run classes at Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels (just 3 groups). Our teachers are native Italian speakers. Each night involves one hour of grammar and a second hour of conversation, with a change of teacher for each discipline.
